Terms of Services

Jeplus Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. performance to this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of Acko's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement directions relating to the use of this Site/Application or information provided to/gathered by Jeplus Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. introduce new services in relation to the Site/Application from time to time. The existence and availability of the new services will be notified on the Site/Application as and when they become available and any revisions in the Terms & Conditions will take place in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. In addition, Acko may also publish notices of general nature, which are applicable to all visitors or Customers in a newspaper or on its Site/Application. Such notices will have the same effect as a notice served individually to each visitor or Customer

The Contractor will not under any circumstances be deemed an employee of Jeplus Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. but is an independent contractor providing the services, and for consideration of the benefits and remuneration, as set forth herein. Confidentiality will be acknowledged and respected among and between all parties to the Agreement. The Contractor will have full access to the primary clinic. The primary clinic will remain fully functional, equipped and staffed and with no cost to the Contractor at anytime whatsoever. The Contractor shall be responsible for transportation and the associated costs that are necessary to enable fulfillment of the obligations and responsibilities of the Contractor under this agreement, however, for travel to outposts and other health care facilities as required for the fulfillment of the obligations herein, the Contractor will be reimbursed for ordinary private vehicle usage in accordance with the current rate provided for in the Saskatchewan Public Service Commission Human Resource Manual, Travel Allowance Appendix, PS 601-A.

The Contractor will provide "On Call" service not more frequently than every third day and not more frequently than every third weekend or as mutually and beneficially agreed between the parties and between any other physician(s) obligated to provide such service We may modify these Medical Services Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the amended terms on the One Medical website and the One Medical mobile application at least thirty (30) days before the effective date of the changes. If we have your email on file, we will also notify you of material changes to the Medical Services Terms by email at least thirty (30) days before the effective date of the changes. Please make sure we have your current email address so that you will receive notice of any material changes. If you do not agree with the proposed changes, you should discontinue your use of the Medical Services before the effective date of the change. If you continue using the Medical Services after the effective date, you will be bound by the updated Medical Services Terms

If you provide information about your health insurance or health plan, that will be deemed your authorization for us to submit claims for covered Medical Services to your health insurer or health plan. You hereby assign or otherwise authorize payment of medical benefits to us for the Medical Services provided to you or your Covered Family Member. You authorize the release of any medical or other information necessary to process any claims for the Medical Services provided. You further understand and accept your financial responsibility for any portion of the bill not covered by your health insurer or health plan
